This was the second peak of the day after Cima Pescia.
We walked up this summit on a cloudy Sunday afternoon in March following path 809, explained
in the official guides about Ticino of the CAS (Swiss Alpine Club) at page 522 of the 5th volume (Guida alle prealpi ticinesi).
In fact, to reach this summit you need to walk off the normal path at around 743 meters above the sea (it's marked on the official swissmap at swisstopo.ch between
this mountain and Cima Pescia).
Monte Arbostora is the 4th-smallest mountain in Ticino.
The summit is nothing special and gives almost no views at all, I think we probably wouldn't have ever thought about
hiking this mountain if it wasn't on the official peak list. Still... it's amazing how quiet and wild it can get even on the smallest and nearest
peaks around Lugano.
