Second one of todays 10 peaks hike (Camusio-Cima Torrione-Motto Rotondo-Monte Gradiccioli-Monte Pola-Sasso della Gallina-Monte Magno-Monte Magino-Zottone-Poncione di Breno).
It's a variation of the usual Tamaro-Lema traverse that brought us here. In fact, we decided against taking the usual path and walked down to Alpe Duragno in order to hike the Camusio-Cima Torrione-Motto Rotondo Ridge (Path 711 at page 456 in the official guides of the Swiss Alpine Club (vol 5. Guida delle prealpi ticinesi) which turned out to be amazing and will probably from now on be our standard way to walk up Monte Tamaro.
Fun fact of the day (and i will repeat it on every peak-page of today's hike;-) ) : we didn't reach neither Monte Tamaro nor Monte Lema today, as the goal was to hike new peaks located between the two main mountains of this big ridge.
To reach the Cima Torrione we walked up 15 minutes from Camusio which was previously reached from Alpe Foppa by following path 714 explained on page 459 in the official guides of the Swiss Alpine Club (Vol 5. Guida delle prealpi ticinesi).
Level: T2+ (path is not always clearly visible)
